If you could go to another urgent care please do. It's always something with this place; either they are rude, they don't send medication, or they are just always seem to be in a rush.
This is a wonderful service. First, the ability to make an appointment, rather than show up and wait for hours to be seen, is a game changer. Second, the care I received was thorough and excellent. I am delighted to have found this provider and while I hope I never need this kind of emergency service, I’m relieved to know I can count on them in the future.
I loved the doc. She was wonderful, but if you need bloodwork or X-rays I’d go to your primary or emergency because they don’t do X-rays and are not skilled at finding a vein. I got there at a Monday morning and I was out about 1 ½ hours later.
