I have always had an incredible experience at The Ruby Room. Aiva always takes the time to make sure that her clients are happy and satisfied. It is so refreshing to see someone who is doing their passion and cares so much for their clients. I cannot recommend her or this salon more.

Exceptional Service and Talent! I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Kimberly at The Ruby Room. With Mother's Day closing in and my mother in need of a last-minute hair appointment, Kimberly came to the rescue! Despite the tight schedule, she graciously accommodated us, taking my mother in just an hour before closing time. Not only did she work efficiently, washing, drying, and styling my mother's hair flawlessly within that hour, but she also made the entire experience enjoyable with her warm personality and engaging conversation. I have been going to Sandy Rocha for highlights, haircut and styling for 20 years! No one mixes color better, or cuts more beautiful layers than Sandy. People always compliment my highlights after every visit. She is so talented and professional. Highly recommend!!
