“We’ve had a great experience with Hawthorn Pediatrics, especially compared to a previous experience at Boston Children’s. During a recent ultrasound, the technician here was amazing—so patient, kind, and made the entire process much easier for my son.
We also love our pediatrician, Dr. Martin. She is thorough, caring, and always takes the time to explain things clearly.
The only area that could be improved is the lab experience. The environment isn’t the most comfortable for kids, and there can be a bit of a wait after appointments, including a deli-style number system, which can be challenging with young children.
Overall, we’ve had a very positive experience and really appreciate the level of care from the clinical team.“
