She is very knowledgeable in her field and takes great care in addressing any issues and concerns. She evaluates the possible solutions and will start with step one and continue further to each step until the problem is resolved. I love that she does this, because no patient ever wants to look back and wonder why their doctor did not try this or that method before rushing into something that may have not been the best solution for their particular problem. I find Dr. Hoffman to be a very good listener and a very compassionate person. That is also very important!
