I think my doctor is great, but inadequate support staff. I spend more time waiting in lines to check in and out than I do with my doctor. And I need to take the afternoon off of work to actually call the office.

Rachel Hoffmann, MD Dermatologist A little over a couple of years ago my primary care physician referred me to Dr. Rachel Hoffman who is a dermatologist! I have been a patient of hers ever since! She is very knowledgeable in her field and takes great care in addressing any issues and concerns. She evaluates the possible solutions and will start with step one and continue further to each step until the problem is resolved. I love that she does this, because no patient ever wants to look back and wonder why their doctor did not try this or that method before rushing into something that may have not been the best solution for their particular problem. Dr. Achilles Alcaraz is one of the most caring, efficient, and knowledgeable doctor that I have ever met. He explains everything clearly. I do not see the cultural and language barrier with Dr. Alcaraz He has been very accurate with my mother's diagnosis and referrals. I am glad he is my mother medical's provider. We go to Hawthorn Medical Center just for him.
