I called and spoke to Don about installing a processor into my PC. He mainly works with businesses but Don took the time to walk me through on the phone step by step how to remove the old fan and processor and install the new one. I was super nervous but with Don talking me through it I was successful in completing the installation! He even called me back to make sure everything was running correctly!
