Nancy at the Dartmouth, MA store was extremely helpful. She went above and beyond my expectations. She helped me work out a prescription mix up from my Dr and assisted me with picking out 2 pairs of glasses. I will definitely recommend this BJ’s optical to anyone who needs glasses.

I was having trouble with double vision - particularly when driving. I went to Mass Eye and Ear in Boston, where I spent 10 hours, got Covid from the resident, and was told to buy and wear an eye patch until I could have a *real* appointment in 8 months. I then went to BJ's, where I could make an appointment online for the next day. The doctor solved my problem in less than 30 minutes - I needed different contact lenses. It cost less than 10% of the Mass E&E charge. The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. My contacts were a good price and came very quickly. I'm a big fan!!

My dog chewed up my glasses and I needed an updated prescription to get new glasses. They were able to accommodate an appointment the next day. The visit was done with a technician in the room and optometrist remotely. I felt that they did a thorough examination.
