Just had a service call from Tom G. I am rating this review as a 5 star review. To is a great Pro, identified and fixed our immediate problem with high level professionalism. He took the time to explain some further down the line potential problems as well. I fully recommend him to all Townsend Customers.

New to oil heat living after 30 years of gas in the city, Townsend has been great in my first few months in Beverly from setting up an account to what I thought was an emergency situation last night. Quick and careful response on their part has me giving them 5 Stars. Keep up the great customer service Townsend. Thank you. Rob Cronin

I couldn't be happier with the service provided by Scott. After multiple individuals at Townsend not following through with promises to send me a contract and come by my home to refill my propane Scott showed empathy with my frustration, understood why I was worried during the middle of winter and jumped right on getting me on the propane delivery schedule. Scott then followed up with me over the phone when he didn't need to providing me with an update on expected delivery times. Townsend is lucky to have Scott dealing with their customers and if it wasn't for him I would have ran out of propane in the middle of winter. Thank you Scott!
