This company is, in my personal experience, EXACTLY who you want to help you with whatever your event needs are. I have used them for personal and corporate events and they have always been so helpful, extremely responsive and beyond accommodating. Some of the services or equipment I've used are cotton candy machines, hot dog steamers, snowcone machine and the drunk tank (which they delivered and set up). For cotton candy and snowcone machines they included the paper cone holders for the cotton candy as well as the sugar floss to make the cotton candy, paper cone cups for the snowcones with jugs of flavor that came with pumps. Rich and Annabelle were amazing to work with. We had a Neighborhood 100 yr Roaring 20s Celebration, with Photo Booth casino tables and even a fortune teller. They were available to quickly answer any questions I had, whether by text, email or phone call. The staff was professional, and very easy to work with. I highly recommend Total Entertainment. We will definitely uses them for future parties
