“I came here recently for my first tattoo and words fall short for how happy I am with my decision! This was a *phenomenal* experience. I’d been sitting on my design with on and off research for the better part of a decade. My top priorities were 1. An artist that would be welcoming, understanding of a first time canvas, have a calming vibe, make me feel comfortable, and execute my design flawlessly (impeccable line work that meets my standards is hard to find on social media lol); and 2. A clean and welcoming studio that was local to me and felt fairly priced while also delivering top notch artistry. Sounds like a tall order, but after getting several word of mouth recommendations to check out North Shore Tattoo, I took the leap. Jimmy Mercer delivered my dream with both precision and a witty sense of humor. I am not lying when I say the vibe check passed with flying colors. You can tell everyone in the shop is passionate about their craft and very personable. I felt so at ease from walking in to walking out of the shop. I’ve already recommended several friends and family stop in. I will definitely be visiting again. Thank you Jimmy and NST for helping me start my 2024 with a bucket list item checked off!“
“Got my first tattoo on Sunday and Amanda was amazing!!! there was so much reassurance and I was so comfortable the whole time. She was so so nice and I would go back to her for any tattoo I want to get in the future. The whole process was fast and my tattoo is perfect!! I’ve gotten so many compliments on it and it came out exactly how I wanted it to. Amazing work. Clean studio. 10/10 experience.“
