What a wonderful experience. Went in with a loose screw and she tightened both screws and had the glasses fitted back to my face. It was like I had a new pair of glasses. And she was so pleasant. Thank you Target optical.

Stopped in forgetting its a holiday. Partly my fault ? glasses still arent ready even tho i was told they would ready Wednesday jilian was sweet and explained unfortunately delivery is thru UPS so its based off their holiday hours not the opticals hours a little confusing but i appreciate her taking the time to show that UPS was changing the dates of delivery. Happy holidays! Dont be like me and wait till last minute to use your insurance in the holiday chaos ?

Came in for new glasses, and was helped by Jillian in the Danvers location. She was an absolute love of a human, she really listened to what I wanted, found similar, and even helped me find a good color that worked with my face instead of my go to color of black!! She went above and beyond the entire visit, and luckily was there when I picked up my glasses when they came in & was able to help me with the end result. She is an incredibly hard worker, amazing with people, and deserves all the credit in the world for helping me through what usually takes 2+ hours to find a new pair I like, and making it last about 15-20 to find the right ones for me!
