I am compelled to write this review because of the amazing polarity session that I received from Renae a few days ago. This was my first polarity appointment and certainly not my last. I am hooked. Renae has a beautiful space that exudes peaceful vibes and tranquility. She took her time to ask me questions about what I was trying to work on in order to tailor the session to my individual needs. The session itself was fabulous and I immediately succumbed to complete relaxation. It was total bliss. After one session, I felt more clear, confident and aligned. Thank you Renae! You truly have a gift :)

I started getting Polarity sessions from Renae a few months ago and I'm very pleased with her work. As a polarity instructor with 25 years of experience I am very aware of when someone is good and Renae passes my test with flying colors. The space is wonderful and inviting and her knowledge of the work is excellent. Most importantly to me, is that she is highly aligned while doing the work which translates into following the energy to use exactly what I need for each session. If you want to evolve, definitely start getting sessions with Renae.
