We used New England Gas Systems to install our gas fireplace last year. Bruce came out and was so kind during the assessment of the project and gave some great tips on getting the most of our Heat & Glo unit. Ryan came out to do the installation and was so patient given a very frustrating situation caused by the vendor from whom we purchased the unit. Today we had Chris come out for routine maintenance and he was so kind and professional. He gave some more excellent tips for making our unit last and keeping our home warm using it. I highly recommend this company! We will use them again in the future for certain.
