Happy to see the steam and sauna were finally back up and running…they were in repair for an extended time, which contributes to the whole spa experience. Sonia as always was a five star massage!

The spa is beautiful but they might just have the worst online booking system I've ever seen in my life. Every single day says 0 spots available. Then I call and they have multiple spots open. If I wanted to call I just would? What's the point of an online system. Stupid. The service staff are nice, front desk needs some work.

Yesterday I had a JLo glo Hydrofacial by Kaitlin. It was as advertised. My skin is actually glowing. No make up needed. It got rid of my skin congestion, dead skin and returned it to a dewy glo. I would recommend this to anyone for a real treat and skin health. The staff was very inviting and knowledgeable. Kaitlin made me comfortable and felt right at home. Great way to get ready for the Holidays.
