Had to replace my on demand water heater. One company came out and did not follow-up. Another quoted a ridiculous price. Matt freeman was reasonable, kept in contact and provided pictures of types of jobs he has done that were similar to my needs. He came on schedule and advised me that water tank was not what we agreed to before price and install. It was a newer Rinnai model with better features and he finished the job timely and with neatness and care. This guy is great and will definitely use him again. Matt, thank you for the great service.
