I wish I read the reviews before I came here! I made an appointment for 2 o clock, my daughter sat down at 230 and I didn’t sit down until 240. Each manicure is rushed through in about 10 mins or less.
The girl was super rough and careless with my nails. I asked her to please not cut them at all, and she proceeds to start cutting them. I said ok well please make them even, but please do not cut them short. She asked “you don’t want them short?” i said no please, it took a while for me to grow them. She goes and cuts every single nail shorter than I cut my 2 month old son’s nails ?. And all uneven lengths. I then said, oh wow.. you cut them so short.... read full review
Every time I go here what I am quoted is never what I pay. I’m always charged more when I get to the counter and forced to use their ATM opposed to my debit or credit card. I don’t know what kind of scam they’re running here!
I really want to like this place because it is open later at night and on Sundays. However, this weekend will be my last visit. I made appointments for my mom and I for Mother’s Day. We both started with pedicures, which were fine. Then when the pedicures were done, one lady took my mom to start her nails. I was told to sit and dry my toes. I mentioned I was getting my nails done too, and I was told there was no one available to do gel and I’d have to wait a “couple of minutes.” After waiting 20mins, I asked again if someone would be doing my nails, since I didn’t want my mom to have to wait for me to finish.
