I contacted Carpets Unlimited with a very short window of time to get an estimate. The team went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and got someone to my home for the estimate within 24 hours. The representative who came to my home was very knowledgeable about all the products and availability of products. Carpets unlimited is a great company to work for they make you feel welcomed they treat their employees with respect which is hard to come by at most jobs. When I reached out to come back and work the warehouse they did not hesitate to bring me back on board and make me part of the team once again. Carpets unlimited is definitely one of the best jobs I've had.
I highly recommend the Island Boys (carpet unlimited subcontractors) on your job! They came back to fix a job and they delivered an amazing finished product. They identified what the last contractor did wrong, and corrected it. They were very knowledgeable, patient, and fast; completed my already occupied, two bedroom apartment, in two days. They cleaned up after themselves and removed any leftover/excess glue. The old contractors removed my wall to wall carpeting and did not properly level out my floors, ‘Island boys’ leveled out my floors and made them beautiful.
