I can’t recommend Bay State enough! I even told my orthopedic doctor to start referring all of his patients here because they have such an amazing team. Everybody is kind and they check in on you everybody knows who you are And what you need everybody works together as a team. of all the times I’ve been needed Physical Therapy. This is by far the best place I’ve ever been personally I think Erik is amazing. Janessa is also amazing Paige at the front desk and Rob he been helpful with me as well.
I had a wonderful experience with my physical therapist Lilly. She was incredibly patient and kind throughout the entire process. She provided me with many helpful exercises, and I already feel so much better thanks to her care. I truly appreciate her dedication and highly recommend her to anyone in need of physical therapy.
Maddie and all the other PTs are such positive and encouraging people. I looked forward to each session -- despite each being a workout! The person at the front desk was also great. Rescheduling appointments was always a breeze. I highly recommend this office for people needing PT.
