South Shore Athletic Club is a clean and welcoming local gym known for its friendly staff and a family-like atmosphere. Members appreciate the efficient service and easy-going environment, making it a favorite choice for workouts. With a solid cancellation policy, this gym has been a beloved spot for many for years.
We have a second home in MA, work out regularly, and have used gyms across the world. We used to use a facility farther south, but this one is cleaner, up to date, and more friendly. Not every gym can make those claims. With locker rooms, cardio, machines, free weights, classes, and plenty of free parking it has everything we ask of a facility. Owners are very military friendly and we can't thank them enough for accommodating us for the few weeks at a time we go there. We take their spin classes and they offer other classes, child care, and personal training as well. We always look forward to returning and the change of venue from our regular facility.

If you want a gym that has everything, this is it. State of the art equipment, professional trainers, amazing classes, a safe and cozy childcare room, and most importantly a family environment. Jill and Matt have created a bespoke facility that cares and caters to each and every client. I can't say enough great things about this gym. If you need a good steam room or massage after your work out they are available!
