Sims Cleaners

I have been to this place a few times and never had any problems. They replaced a zipper for me on a hoodie and did a great job with that as well as the normal dry cleaning they do. The people who work there are friendly and do a good job getting the clothes cleaned up.

I unfortunately have to give Sims a bad review, and as a businesses owner myself, I don't take reviews lightly. I just started going to Sims about two months ago. I dropped off about 7 shirts a week and had alterations to a suite. A few weeks ago I bought a couple of new dress shirts, and wore them once before getting them cleaned at Sims. When I got them back and put one on, the cuff button crumbled as though it had been exposed to high heat. The button was rough and scratched my desk. I took the shirt back to Sims and asked them to fix it, as it was clear to me that the button was damaged by the dry cleaning process. The owner refused to take responsibility,...read full review
