If I could leave 0 stars I would. Multiple errors on my tax returns. The office said they could not e-file federal taxes unless in the current year which is incorrect. Steve missed 1900 in refunds one year, missed my flex spending and the recovery credit. Grateful I had a different accountant review prior to submitting because they found thousands. This agency needs to update their accounting software and practices because this is flat out sloppy and I feel ripped off for the money I paid.

I have been using James for over a decade. He is awesome and always verifies that I am not missing anything. His office is more than helpful and getting an appointment is very quick.
