This was my first time ever using a moving company, and I am so glad I did. First, they come out to your home to do a walk through for their estimate. It's not based on your own assumptions, so they already have an idea of what they will be working with. I really appreciated that effort as I would prefer to have over estimated the time vs under, which I was afraid would happen based on estimates I had received from others. The communication was amazing and the team was awesome. Moving is stressful but they made it so much easier to go through! We don't have plans to move anytime in the foreseeable future, but would 100% use them again if we do!
