Lovely store. Very clean environment. My only concern was with the amount of invertebrates that they had that were dead and the lack of employees to help customers. I was able to Google the questions that I had because an employee wasnt able to assist me in time, but check-out was smooth and hassle free.

This review is for grooming service only. My dog's grooming service provided my Jaime was amazing! Got the $73 furminator package, and my dog walks like a ninja from the awesome nail trimming. I also paid for the essential addon and didn't realize my dog didn't get a bow or spritz of cologne as advertised so I wasn't sure if the other services that were included in the addon were rendered or not. Called the store and spoke with the grooming office manager, and she offered a refund for the addon. Allaina is the best employee I've ever met! She is the nicest PetSmart attendant I wish I got someone like her at every store I walked in to. Also her beauty is very disarming... She has a way about her that makes everything okay
