Be careful when picking up your online orders. The many staples they put the paper bag together with are very dangerous. By the time I got to the car, my index finger was bleeding badly. It's too bad they can't use packaging tape to seal the bags with.
Great selection of items. Reasonable prices. 4 stars because customer service isn't the best. I often have to wait to find someone to help get worms for the geckos.
Updating to 3 stars because I just went and again had to wait an unreasonable amount of time for service in the small animal department. My first job was working at Dave's Soda and Pet Food City and I was designated to the small animal department. Maybe that's why it irks me so much. Recently, I was shopping at Smithland in Ludlow before it closed and it was a much smaller store, so it was easy to find employees to help you. I have seen stores with doorbell to ring for service in the department as well....read full review
So PetSmart, the prices are great. I’m giving a five stars because there’s one gentleman there that is really really kind and friendly knows my dogs name and always is happy to see him and really makes it a more personable experience considering it’s like a a box type pet store compared to like you know a smaller chain so we get that you know friendly face familiarity with this location
