Danielle at the Chicopee MA store, did a fantastic job as usual. In fact I gave up my turn at getting a haircut by someone else and waited a little longer to have Danielle do the job.

i came back to get my hair redone after one side ended up being longer than the other. The woman who had did my hair wasn't there at the time. Danielle was there to assist me. She was very caring and very helpful with fixing my hair. She took the time to look through everything and not just the length that i had said was messed up. My hair looks amazing now and i will be going to her for future appointments!

I stopped attending this location, specifically, because, on my last visit, my stylist despite asking and then being told within 60 seconds, my preferences, she grabbed lock of the hair not to be touched and. cut it in half. Being a firm believer in second chances (and was happenstancially in the area), I returned to this location to for a much-needed haircut. Thank goodness I did as I not only got a great cut, but also made a new friend in the process!!!
