“I’ve been bringing my Mainecoon to Erica at Perfect Paws for almost a year now — it is so difficult to find a grooming facility that accepts cats and I am so happy I found this establishment! My experience with Erica has been nothing short of perfection. I feel safe dropping my boy off knowing that he will be well taken care of, and look so dapper when I pick him up! Kelsey was FANTASTIC!Not only did she get me in for an emergency nail clipping on black Friday with less than 24 hours notice, my dog came back with a pretty new bandana and smelling like pumpkin spice. 10/10 Kelsey will be doing her nails from now on, as well as any other grooming services I need for my current and future pets.“
“Absolute five stars all around! This is the only place I trust for our fur baby to be groomed. What sets Immaculate Pooch from other places is Nikki's interaction with him! Kobe has separation anxiety but Nikki handles that so well. She will come out & talk/play with him until he's comfortable before taking him away. It's come to a point now where Kobe will actually walk into the shop (this was before covid) whereas other times, he will run out the exist with all his might! They are always on time, they're amazing, & he always comes home looking handsome while smelling amazing. We love the feeling of assurance & trust when we come here!“
“Staff are super friendly and welcoming, as well as accommodating and informative! I came in as a first time client to get my dogs nails cut before our first child was born. I was thankfully able to get a last minute appointment with such ease! Once there, Michelle took the time to give me advice on how to introduce my pup to the new baby, and then gave my dog the most comfortable environment to get those nails cut (she is very resilient to getting her nails cut). She was able to do it fast and efficiently :)very happy with todays visit! And so is Maisy with her finally cut nails“
“I've had my oldest Ole English bulldogge come here for grooming a couple times and each tome the staff has been so great. They are friendly, helpful and are very gentle with the animals. My old girl has sensitive hind quarters and she tends to be a little "grumble monster", but they are patient with her and do what they need to make it a comfortable, easy process for both parties involved.
