Instead of just making a quick fix, Mike patiently and thoroughly thought it through and provided the least disruptive and functional solution. “Our town (Waltham) had a huge power surge from Eversource yesterday, which knocked out the electricity in thousands of homes, started a few house fires, and ruined a lot of electronic devices. We had half our townhouse down and sparks shooting out of the breaker panel. Joe Cusano had been working at our neighbor's place and we asked him to look at our panel. Not only did he come right over to do that, he ended up staying until after 9 PM, replacing breakers, outlets, and installing a surge protector. Today he is coming back to replace a couple heaters that got fried. The fact we were able to get everything fixed the same day was remarkable. Joe is a great guy and I can't say enough about his work and his professionalism. He really bailed us out at a tough time and stayed late until the job was done. He's definitely our new electrician whenever we need any electrical services.“

“Tim was quick, responsive, and professional. We called him for a spa installation, and he knew how to approach the job properly, installing to code with the correct panel breakers and emergency exterior breakers. Additionally, he helped uncover some shady electric work that was covered up by previous electricians that were called during emergencies. One example: Our boiler broke in the mid of winter last year. We had to call for an emergency installation. The electrician that was sub'd out by our energy company snipped some wires and hid them up in the top of the panel, then proceeded to call us to come and fix issues months later. Tim uncovered these issues and fixed them with ease, repairing some outlets and lights which suddenly did not work since the boiler visit. He did this in addition to the job he was hired for and only charged us for some additional time. He was very fair, and I'd recommend him for all electrical needs.Services: Electrical wiring repair“

Jesse took all the time we needed and we didn't feel rushed. Jesse gave us a more than reasonable price for the work to be done. He was able to figure out how to get my ADT doorbell camera to work when even ADT couldn’t figure it out.He was also able to figure out how to get an electrical outlet to work in my garage where other electricians in the past could not figure it out. He was able to find another buried outlet in another wall in the garage that was connected to the problem outlet and now everything works perfectly!He is professional, responsive, on time, and extremely pleasant.
