I called Village Electric about a small issue and had someone here within an hour. We have been customers for years and have had great service throughout. The text confirmation even provides a photo of the electrician assigned and a link to a GPS locator for the truck with ETA! Fantastic feature!
Today we had two technicians here all day. They were efficient, did great work, and answered all questions. They are respectful of the home (foot coverings) and clean up as they go. Another great experience!
We have contracted with VHS for all annual maintenance. HVAC was done yesterday by a tech (Scott) was on time, professional and thorough. Great experience again (May 2025)
Kevin C is the absolute BEST! A true professional -- so knowledgeable, efficient, and patient -- he really rolled with the punches as I kept coming up with new questions/scope. He is also the nicest guy! Extremely easy to work with and truly a pleasure to have in our home. Thank you, Kevin!
Updating review to also include Jon S and Brett R, who completed the majority of the hands-on work at our home and are absolutely amazing as well. So good at what they do, so patient and kind, and lovely to be around. I can't say enough about the quality of work they did and how incredibly nice they are. Thank you, Jon and Brett!

Our pool heater was hit by a tree and sustained some overall damage. We contacted several companies prior to Village Home Services and got the run around for months. Frustrated, we called our pool heater company and they suggested Village Home Services, and I'm so glad they did. Village Home Services answered our call promptly and came out to our house the next day to assess the damage. They then scheduled a repair date with transformer part, also within a day. The technician (Seth) arrived early in the morning, providing texts of when he would arrive, which was helpful. He worked quickly and did a great job overall, was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and professional.… read full review
