I had a very disappointing experience working with this CPA and their team. Communication was consistently unprofessional, and interactions often came across as dismissive and unnecessarily rude. Rather than feeling supported or guided through what should be a straightforward process, I felt like my concerns were brushed off by Brian!
In addition, there were multiple mistakes made by a member of the team, which created further confusion and required additional time on my end to correct. Accuracy and attention to detail are critical in this field, and unfortunately, that standard was not met.

Very poor experience with Brian. Needed him for individual and estate taxes for my mother who passed. Brian assured me he was competent in this area and initially made me feel like I could trust him with this complicated service. No contact was made for 2 months when there was missing information needed to complete the process. When I expressed my frustration with not being contacted in regards to this, and instead the file sitting untouched for 2 months until I called to check in, Brian ended services with me.
