My daughter dropped her laptop and it wouldn't turn on. Lappy Fix diagnosed and fixed the problem - soldering a loose part on the motherboard within 24 hours and for only $99. Great service and great price - would definitely recommend.

I could not be MORE impressed by the skill set the owner has (Tom)! He SAVED me! The mother board on my laptop fried but he was still able to collect ALL my files even ones that were on a shared drive! Unbelievable! THANK YOU of Lappy Fix! The price was VERY reasonable for the quality of work. I was so impressed with Tom’s skill set I asked him how long has he been in business and he said 17 years! We have too support his business in a day and age when we live in a throw away society! So GREATFUL!

I am extremely satisfied with this local business. Their service was prompt, professional, and delivered excellent results. My Dell computer stopped working and I brought it to Tom at Lappy Fix. In a few minutes he informed me the charger port was broken and he would replace it and then see if there were other issues. Two days later he called and told me the port was fixed and all looked fine. He suggested I upgrade to Windows 11 if I wanted, and gave me some other great tips about backing up data. The cost was very fair and his customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend Lappy Fix for your computer problems.
