Community Tree is by far one of the best mulch suppliers in our entire region. They are to the point, fast and efficient. The ladies in the office are very friendly, and love to chat. It’s always a highlight of my day when I stop in to order bulk mulch which I do frequently for my customers. They have the freshest, and best priced mulch, and they don’t skimp you on the product. They rather give you a little extra than for you to drive away and not have enough. They’re a pilar to the community, and respected all around. They’re what organic recycling is all about. We had over a dozen mature trees removed by Community Tree. They arrived with a massive crane to lift the trees over our house, a bucket truck for some smaller trees, a powerful chipper that took 12+ inch tree branches and a truck to haul away the tree trunks. A crew of 4 workmen took 8 hours to complete the job, but a thunderstorm and lightning cut the first day short, so it was spread over two days. Community Tree is fully insured with worker comp which gave us peace of mind. As for scheduling, it's best done early as they get very busy over the warm season. I can't say enough good about Community tree. They're pros from start to finish. They processed the trees quickly and efficiently and cleaned up the area so well you'd never know they were there. Reasonable pricing. Very highly recommended.

Community Tree Service, Inc. has been providing professional tree services to the greater Chelmsford area for over 75 years. We are a 4th generation Family Owned & Operated company & members of the Mass Arborists Association (MAA) and Tree Care Industry Assoc, Inc. Unfortunately, we are not providing tree services at this time due to the lack of workers available in the current economy. However, our retail sales & recycling yard is still open and fully operational. This includes our onsite production of our many types of mulch, wood chips, screened loam & seasonal firewood, all available for pickup or local delivery. Along with the drop off of most types of yard waste for recycling. (We do NO accept grass, leaves, pallets or fences).
