We are so impressed and thankful. We called whiteleys to repair a malfunctioning heating system. We were expecting a long wait due to upcoming record cold weather. Their technician arrived within hours, fixed it quickly and left us with a fully functioning system. Would highly recommend!

My heating system broke in March. I called Whiteley’s. They diagnosed that my 29 year old unit needed replacement. We decided if we had to replace the heater…we might as well upgrade to central air as well. They gave us a quote. Something like this is not cheap. Sure I could have shopped around but the quality service and professionalism of the crew was worth a little more money. Besides the quote was very reasonable. The communication was excellent. There were nine people in and out of the house as we had just medevacked my very ill cousin home from LA. The heat went off. Whitely was there to assess within two hours of a phone call and found carbon monoxide leaking among other things. A new furnace had to be installed. We spent that Friday night in a cold house except for the fireplace which was powerful enough to keep my sick cousin warm. Whitely was at the house at 8:00 the next morning and by noon we had heat.
