I saw Megg for a color correction after my last hair appt at a different salon went very wrong. We had a color consult and agreed on an approach beforehand and I could tell she understood exactly what I wanted. During the appointment, she explained everything she was doing and why. We had time to review and tweak things before she moved on to the next step. I ended up with exactly the shade I wanted. We discussed how to maintain and what the next appointment would look like to touch up my roots. I am very impressed with her professionalism and attention to detail, not to mention the end result was exactly what I was hoping for. Special shout out to Emilie who very kindly assisted Megg during the hours-long appointment and curled my hair at the end. I left feeling so pampered.
Simply terrific! Whether you want a great haircut or a fabulous massage, this business delivers year after year. While I am a huge fan of Berry for my haircuts and Paulette for a message, they all seem to do a great job. They go out of their way to make their customers feel appreciated. I highly recommend Samantha’s.
