Chatham Laundromat is a clean and well-maintained facility with a variety of machine sizes and capabilities. The staff, including Krista and Jen, are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, making customers feel welcome. The laundromat offers a clean bathroom, plenty of carts, and supplies, making visits comfortable. It is highly recommended for its large washers and dryers, and the staff consistently provides excellent service. The business also offers a convenient wash-and-fold service, which many customers find saves time and stress. While some find the prices a bit high and note that some machines may be out of order, overall, it remains a reliable spot for laundry needs. Visitors appreciate returning each year for its good service and ample machines, making it a popular choice for both locals and travelers.
We have been on a road trip and needed a service wash. I’d read some reviews that were negative about staff and charging etc but I have to say we found the staff charming and very helpful to some travelling Brits. Well done team Chatham laundromat !
Krista, the manager is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I felt so fortunate that she was there when I was a first-time visitor. Excellent laundromat with a variety of machine sizes and capabilities. Highly recommended
I just did a pick up and drop off wash fold and it might be the best decision I've ever made. Living in ptown laundry is a very difficult situation, this service was completely painless and has taken such a load off my shoulders. I was going to spend a day driving to orleans just for laundry, they saved me that trip and many more in the future.Pickup on Thursday and dropped off Friday and everything was perfectly clean and folded.
