“Absolute five stars all around! This is the only place I trust for our fur baby to be groomed. What sets Immaculate Pooch from other places is Nikki's interaction with him! Kobe has separation anxiety but Nikki handles that so well. She will come out & talk/play with him until he's comfortable before taking him away. It's come to a point now where Kobe will actually walk into the shop (this was before covid) whereas other times, he will run out the exist with all his might! They are always on time, they're amazing, & he always comes home looking handsome while smelling amazing. We love the feeling of assurance & trust when we come here!“
