I went to this car wash this morning and got the $15 wash (there are cheaper options and two higher tiers above it). When I came out, my truck still had soap residue all over it and honestly looked worse than when I went in.

I emailed them right after and didn’t hear back, so I called around lunchtime. The woman I spoke to first said they couldn’t do anything unless I came back right away, even though I had receipts and photos with timestamps. She then put the manager on the phone. When I had my truck be in washed here at the location in Charlton mass I noticed these brushes upfront tend to touch the ground and then when they start spitting and coming up to wash the side of your vehicle, obviously there’s dirt and stuff. I’m gonna touch the vehicle and scratch your vehicle. I have attached a picture to this as well so you can see where I’m talking about because when they’re not spinning their dragging across the ground.

Occasionally I will zip down Route 20 in an attempt to avoid traffic between Sturbridge & Auburn on the Mass Pike, and this is a great place to stop for gas, snacks, restrooms and McDonald's (if you can't get enough of the Twinkies and other delights inside). The gas is part of Mobil rewards, and the pumps don't have the annoying ads which are loud enough to wake someone 1 second from death; there are ads playing on the pumps, but no sound whatsoever. Right turn only when exiting on Route 20 (right is Eastbound) so if you need to go west, just go out the other exit and turn at the light so as not to annoy the nice driver behind you!
