I started training with Paula in 2019. I needed to add strength training to my health efforts and because I had a series of small, nagging injuries that kept me from activities I enjoy like hiking and golf. I stopped after a few months due to my busy schedule, but started again in 2020. Then Covid interrupted everything.When the pandemic restrictions lifted I started up with Paula again and this time, I really leaned into her business title - Health is Wealth and I invested in me. Paula is great at keeping me accountable both with my diet and exercise routine. She's wonderful at making modifications for any injury limitations you may have. Highly recommend!

Paula has got to be one of the most upbeat people I have ever met! She has touched my life in so many ways! I have a renewed trust in myself and my ability. She taught me that the speed of your success does not matter it is the fact that there IS success!
