Jenna was very patient while fitting my eyewear and getting the progressive lenses correct. Everyone in this shop is very easy to work with. There is a large assortment of frames to pick from with personalized help.

Just a heads up I meant to rate it 5 stars but I accidentally put in 3 instead of 5, just got a notification from the owner this morning, and I was pretty confused until I saw the accidental rating- they had exceptional care and were all extremely kindhearted which is frankly rare with customer service nowadays haha. Sorry if I had caused any panic

I have been a client of TLC for many years and would highly recommend them to anyone who values their eyes. In spite of being near sighted, Tricia and David always manage to get me great glasses with thin and light lenses at a very affordable price. At TLC I am not just another customer, I am a friend!
