Great place to work. Very much about their people and making sure that there is a work-life balance.

I would give no stars if possible. Timberline got a government contract to build my house it was a horrible experience. They promised a house in no longer than 150 days it took 190 they didn’t work over 2 days a week in the last four months. They lied about almost every single thing I asked them. They didn’t pay at the campground like they were supposed to and I almost got evicted right in the middle of the build. They drank and threw boose containers all over my property. This company does not care about the vunerable people who are impacted by their construction. Currently, have a nursing home where visitors cannot visit DUE TO THEIR EMPLOYEES PARKING PETSONAL VEHICLES IN THE LOT FOR VISITORS OF THE NURSING HOME. WORSE, THEY ARE NOT ENGORCING THE AGREEMENT MADE WITH QUABOAG TO PARK IN THE PARK PUBLIC PARKING SPACES ABOUT 200 YARDS AWAY. THE AVERAGE AGE OF VISITORS IS PROBABLY 75, AND THE GOOD ENOUGH SUPERINTENDENT, MIKE, REFUSING TO ENFORCE THIS AND DOESNT CARE THAT OLD, VUNERABLE RESIDENTS GET THE RIGHT TO COMPANY!!! IT IS AN EASY FIC
