Lucy is a very sweet and diligent worker. She arrives promptly and works quietly and respectfully. Her vacuum makes almost no noise and she is gentle with the furniture and the woodwork. She never breaks things; she treats everything with great respect. She and her colleague wear plastic coverings on their shoes to keep everything clean.
