Drew was our family and business accountant for several years. In fact, we referred two of our closest friends to Drew. Then, in December 2023 we received an impersonal e-mail from Drew stating that his office was "moving on from some clients" including us. I left several texts, phone messages and e-mails imploring Drew to at least explain his reasoning on why we were being dropped as clients. Our business and our family were clients of Kemalian & Associates for several years. In fact, we referred two of our closest friends to Drew. Then, in December of 2023 we received an e-mail from Drew stating they were "moving on from some clients" including us. I immediately phoned his office and left several e-mails, phone messages and texts requesting a personal phone conversation so that we could better understand his thought process. Drew refused to respond to us which we thought was very unprofessional, disappointing and disheartening, especially, after all the years that we were loyal clients of his. As clients we would often have to wait several days for responses to our questions or e-mails but we overlooked this because we genuinely liked Drew. Fortunately for us, our new accountant responds to any of our communications immediately and meets with us whenever necessary on the same day that we request a meeting.

I've been working with Drew Kemalian for 10 years and I love his work. He takes the time to know me personally and remember the things I lose track of from year to year. I have tremendous confidence that Drew is looking out for me and maximizing my tax return. I highly recommend working with Drew.
