I was in need of two racing simulators with a specific game for our office. The staff at Its2Cool were incredibly helpful and went the extra step to outfit the simulators with the game we needed. The communication was very clear prior to our booking and I couldn't be more pleased with the delivery service. They were very careful with the set up to avoid damaging doors/floors and spent the extra time training us on how to use the simulators and game. The pickup was just as easy. I would definitely recommend Its2Cool to friends and colleagues!

We a had a kid's birthday party here yesterday. The whole process, including booking, payment and setup was smooth, painless and convenient. Monica was polite, efficient and extremely helpful on the phone and via email and text messages. The staff person helping us out with music and setup was also super nice and helpful. All the arcade games set up for us were in good condition and the bouncy house was a huge hit. When you are a busy parent, every little bit that reduces that mental load is very much appreciated and It's2Cool did just that for us.
