Dr. Rapport has been taking care of my eye care for several years now and I couldn't be happier. He's very personable and makes every visit go smoothly, including the insurance side of things.
Dr Rappaport is friendly and gentle. I just got a routine contact exam and he made the process quick/pain free. I was in and out before I knew it and got exactly what I wanted. My previous eye doctor would try to make me change my current contacts, then hold my contacts prescription hostage for a few weeks since I was "testing" the new brand that he insisted I should try. Nothing like that here and would highly recommend!
Very polite reception, I called for a appointment and was seen within a week. Accomadating to the disabled community. Being in a manual wheelchair I got in the office easy. He took me right away and was knowledgeable and very friendly.
