Our new roof is beautiful and the installation was stress-free. Our PM for the installation, Anthony, contacted us a week before our installation date and gave us the project schedule. I had a few questions as the week went on and he always picked up the phone right away when I called. The crew was diligent and did great work. We had no issues whatsoever and couldn't be happier. I have them side my home. I was promised a great job and great materials. It took them forever to do it. They disappeared for weeks at a time leaving my home exposed and leaking when the job was finally complete. It looked fantastic. However they installed a fantastic siding system wrong creating leaks all around the house, damaging walls and ceilings. They came out several times to attempt to repair it with a tube of caulking, each time until I finally gave up and had to call a real contractor who simply laughed at how they installed the siding system and said this is really great siding. Capital did a fantastic job on our porch re-build and siding project. We live in an historic district, which required a more complex permitting process than usual, and a lot of revisions to our original designs to get approval. Capital was with us each step of the way. The workmanship was top-notch, and we could not be happier with the result. Anthony, our project manager, was a lifesaver.
