Called and set up an appointment for a quote, the day of the appointment not a call nor a message to tell me they were not coming. I sent a message to see if someone was still coming to give me an estimate. Just to get a message to tell me that they didn’t find my house. What??? First, everyone is familiar with GPS these days, second why not call to get directions and third why not send a message or call if not coming. Didn’t offer to come on a different day either. Bad customer service. But I guess my money will go to someone else. Thanks for your service.
