I'm very disappointed. My appointment was pushed back an hour although there are very strict rules about being punctual. Nice girl, I have no issues with her but I was there for 5 hours. Yes, 5 hours. My lashes look horrible and they're already falling out. And my left eye has not stopped watering because there's glue or something in there that I can't get out. I had them done for a special occasion and I'm so disappointed. And I was surprised that she charged me for the remainder after keeping me there until 8pm for a 3pm appointment (originally 2pm). I'm not happy and I won't be going back.
