I’ve been going to Signature health on Liberty street for over 10 years now and I have never been more disgusted with a Department than I am with the Neurological dept at this location . If you care about your health and you’re sent here by your Dr ask to be sent somewhere else because they do not care about the patients of Signature health and it shows .
It keeps saying invalid entry when on the line which is incorrect. It literally prompted me to enter that number. Also, they kept saying follow up?" And I said no 6 times and told them why I was actually calling. They put me on hold and pick up and say "okay, you have an appointment for a follow up on the 2nd"
