I love that urgent care that’s the only urgent care. I actually will go to. They are so kind and gentle and they listen to everything you say and I never had a problem. Besides when I broke my foot they didn’t see the scanner right away, so I walked on it for a whole week broken when I couldn’t fit through my speaker I went back and they said oh yeah, you have a broken foot and then they took good care of me like I was a princess cause they felt bad that they didn’t see the brake

While sitting here at PCP, I learned 5 people's names, addresses, phone number and date of birth. Nothing like the receptionist loudly verifying your info. Thank God because my 625 credit score needs help. Maybe these ppl are closer to 800.

Worst office ever. No follow up. No return phone calls ever!! Had botched procedure in my cervix by Dr Waters at Milton Hosp. Sent home too early and hemorrhaged. Could not reach Dr Waters. Had to call my PCP who had to demand that Dr Waters get back to her. She finally reached her and I was instructed to go back to the hospital where Dr Waters was suppose to meet me. When I arrived I was left on a table in a dirty room bleeding for several hours before anyone came to look at me. A rushed and extremely painful job of attempting to stop the bleeding on my cervix by someone other than Dr Waters, with no luck. I had to back in the operating room and under anesthesia...read full review
