Hey I would just like to mention that BOB everday I came in was always so helpful, and would go out of his way to help anyone there. Very professional and just great customer service experience.Not to mention affordability was really the main reason that I came in so that’s also great!
In the middle of a very bad day, my glasses broke. I was unable to go in myself, but husband went in hoping they were fixable. A lovely lady said 'no problem, 10 minutes' and proceeded to fix them. No fee at all. We were both shocked - we find people can be grumpy lately and this wasn't the case at all. Just good service with a smile - old school. Thank you!
My family has been going there for eye wear for years and we absolutely love the staff there as they are awesome, welcoming and great with kids. We don't plan on going anywhere else.
