This place is the absolute best nail salon that I've ever been to and believe me I've been to many. The people are very friendly and do exactly what you ask. The salon itself is always spotless too! It is so good that sometimes there's a little wait but I tell you it is worth it! I rate it a 10 of 10.

I had an appointment which they respected and only waited for 5 minutes. Very nice salon! I had a fill and a pedicure and they used warm stones and an awesome foot and leg massage. Oh yes, I will be going back!

I had to return to Lovely Nails in Brockton to have my nails done over. Since they were so poorly done in the beginning, they got worse during the one week since they were done. I was told by Sam that they could only do another coat since it was an entire week that they were done, and he was very rude, not helpful at all. I insisted on getting my nails done over, or my money back. Jennifer seemed to have forgotten the entire episode the last week, when she was the one who looked at my nails and verified that they were not done correctly, but she did my nails over, and they were done right. She did let me know that I have the option of choosing the nail tech that I want to do my nails in the future. Jennifer solved the problem, and had great customer service, and because of this I will go back to Lovely Nails in Brockton.
